Welcome Photographers! Coming March 2009 Creativa Guides will work through Focused-exposure.com to provide photographers with timely advice and tips on how to market their photography business.

This will help commercial photographers from Arizona, and the world, be found and hired by ad agencies, architects, corporate marketing departments, hospitality/resorts and other commercial photography buyers.

    Hi there !.
    I’m a Mexico city based commercial photographer and I’ll be moving to San Diego soon for personal reasons. I would love to continue my work over there but I don’t know the US market so I don’t know exactly how to promote myself.
    Any advice? Do you know a good rep in the San Diego area?
    Thanks in advance, any tip will be very appreciated.

    Do you have any contacts in the San Diego area to start you off?

    You should look into some public relations. A photographer setting up a local shop from abroad might be a good story in the local news or business journal.

We’re doing the same thing we did in Arizona for Southern California; from San Diego to Orange County to LA starting this year.
